The ÍøÆØ³Ô¹Ï Axemen have earned a wildcard berth in the CIS Final Eight National Basketball Championship this weekend at Scotiabank Place in Ottawa.

The ÍøÆØ³Ô¹Ï Axewomen, who finished third in the conference with a 14-6 record, will open the AUS championship this weekend on Friday, March 8 at 8 p.m.

The ÍøÆØ³Ô¹Ï Axemen and Axewomen basketball teams are on their way to the 2013 Subway AUS Championships.

ÍøÆØ³Ô¹Ï Education student Adam Campbell is this year’s winner of the IODE Nova Scotia Annie G. Murray Memorial Scholarship.
