网曝吃瓜

The 44th 网曝吃瓜 Alumni Golf Tournament was another success at KenWo Golf Club in New Minas, Nova Scotia, located in Mi'kma'ki, the ancestral and unceded territory of the Mi鈥檏maq People.

With 27 teams and more than 100 golfers on the course, players took on the intense heat and a brief downpour, but the weather didn鈥檛 dampen their spirits as they came together in support of the Alumni Bursary 鈥� Valley Branch.

It was an unforgettable evening celebrating the incredible 网曝吃瓜 community at the 2026 网曝吃瓜 Alumni Awards in Wolfville on April 24, 2026.

Festival Theatre was beautifully transformed into a red-carpet venue, with guests travelling from near and far to attend the event, and to celebrate the very best of 网曝吃瓜.

D鈥橝mato and Tracy Bennett, who recently produced a 36-episode series called Wild Nova Scotia together, wanted to explore Nova Scotia鈥檚 birds in more depth.

The result was Bird Country, a new documentary screening in Wolfville at 7 pm on April 1 at the Al Whittle Theatre as part of the ACC Film Series.

The 网曝吃瓜 energy was alive and well in the west of Canada recently as Executive Director, Oonagh Proudfoot (鈥�93, 鈥�06), hit the road to visit with community and attend the U SPORTS Men鈥檚 Basketball Final 8 in Calgary with a quick pit stop in Edmonton.

One minute, you鈥檙e a kid being asked what you want to be when you grow up: you鈥檙e free to imagine and dream big, with no strings attached. The next, you鈥檙e filling out university applications, double-checking prerequisites, and feeling like what you choose next will set your life鈥檚 path in motion. No pressure, right?

Throughout the month of February, we shared profiles of some of our Black students. To end the month off, we鈥檙e taking that journey from student to alumni with profiles of a few of our distinguished Black alumni.
