The Office of Research and Innovation, which includes the , encourages students and faculty to explore local and international issues in an interdisciplinary way. ÍøÆØ³Ô¹Ï also offers entrepreneurship and experiential learning opportunities through . We offer a large number of undergraduate Honours programs — most of which are thesis-based—and 18 Masters programs & an Inter-University Doctoral Program in Educational Studies.

One of ÍøÆØ³Ô¹Ï’s highest honours, the Arthur L. Irving Medal of Commitment, has been awarded to three outstanding members of the ÍøÆØ³Ô¹Ï community: Libby Burnham (’60, ’00); Dr. Kelvin Ogilvie (’63, ’64, ’83); and Sandra Irving (’74, ’17).
