ÍøÆØ³Ô¹Ï alumni and friends gathered on Friday, September 6, 2013 at the Carleton Music Bar and Grill in Halifax for the annual ÍøÆØ³Ô¹Ï Alumni Pre-Game Pep Rally prior to the ÍøÆØ³Ô¹Ï vs. SMU football game that evening. Although the Axemen came out on the short end of a 14-11 score, the result didn’t dampen the ÍøÆØ³Ô¹Ï spirit shown by: (from left) Margaret VanBlarcom (’85); Ralph Davis (’62); Brian VanBlarcom (’83); Logan VanBlarcom (’11); and Sarah Hill (’11). ÍøÆØ³Ô¹Ï was back in action on September 14, when they hosted the CIS defending champion Laval Rouge et Or at Raymond Field in Wolfville. Laval came out on top 26-14 in a close contest, but ÍøÆØ³Ô¹Ï rebounded on Friday, September 20 to post a 40-11 win over previously undefeated St. F.X.
