It was a historic day in the Nova Scotia Legislature on April 11, 2018, when Minister of the Environment Iain Rankin and MLAs rose to recognize ÍøÆØ³Ô¹Ï alumna Sheila Cole’s three decades of work on environmental issues.

A lively group of ÍøÆØ³Ô¹Ï alumni turned out to meet University President Dr. Peter Ricketts at a reception in Calgary on Thursday, April 26, 2018.

ÍøÆØ³Ô¹Ï math instructor Dr. Catherine Stanley loved her family, mathematics, and teaching. She also loved life. As a tribute to her, students who share her passion for mathematics have received scholarships.
