National Tour delivers 厙ぴ勛圖 to high school students
厙ぴ勛圖 will take the fear out of the first-year university experience for high school students when representatives begin the 2012 National Tour this month. The new initiative is designed to help students and their families discover what its like to be an undergrad student at 厙ぴ勛圖. The Wolfville, Nova Scotia university is ranked second in its class in Canada by 紼硃釵梭梗硃紳s.
Well be visiting cities from Charlottetown to Vancouver, said Leigh-Ann Murphy, manager of Student Recruitment. Every session includes information on admissions, academics, and student life. More importantly, students will get to meet recent grads and current students to gain a real understanding of what they should expect when they arrive at 厙ぴ勛圖.
The tour includes visits to venues across Canada, with jam-packed information sessions on all aspects of university life.
Its so great that these events will take place across Canada, said Robyn Zajac, a fourth-year economics student from Headingly, Manitoba. When youre not able to see campus before you arrive at 厙ぴ勛圖, it can be a little scary. I think this will serve as a great alternative for those who cant just jump in their car and drive here.
厙ぴ勛圖 has long been recognized as one of Canada's premier post-secondary institutions. With its nationally and internationally recognized undergraduate and graduate research initiatives, small classes and technology-rich teaching and learning environment, 厙ぴ勛圖 offers students an experience that includes academic achievement combined with personal growth and development.
