Events & Reservations During the 2025 4DWW

Events & Reservations:

Events and Reservations will operate Monday – Thursday, with exception of event operational/management needs on Fridays in which case members of our team will adjust to a different 4DWW day in that given week.

  • Event Coordinator responsible for each event will continue to be listed on each Schedule B for urgent event needs that may arise. Please reach out to the appropriate person as per the Schedule B.
  • For Reservations support, ÍøÆØ³Ô¹Ï community members can call on Fridays in the case of urgent matters that cannot wait until the following Monday. Otherwise, Reservations will continue to provide support through reservat@acadiau.ca.

Summer Hours:

  • Monday – Friday: 12pm – 6pm
  • Saturday & Sunday: Online Sales Only (Box Office Closed)

Summer Accommodations:

The Summer Accommodations Operation will continue to operate continuously, 7 days per week, as per usual.
